I create classes on scrapbooking and mixed-media. I teach technique based classes here and abroad. My next stop is Manila... Malaysia...Australia. I will post more info soon. Hope to see you in one of my classes! If you would like me to teach in your area, please contact me at email@example.com
First of all, I'd like to thank all of you wonderful people who visit my blog and leave such sweet comments. I'm so sorry if lately, I have not been able to visit you back. I'm really just knee deep (neck deep even!) into deadlines and all. I promise to get back to my normal self once things get a little lighter. Not complaining at all... work is work... and work is good.
Ok so first up is the Tim Holtz inspiration over at Aussie Scrapsource.com. A lot of people think that Tim Holtz products are only for distressed, grungy, dark pages. Well, here is one girly and light page created with lots of Tim Holtz goodies (I love his stuff!!)
Next one is Prima October BAP! Check the blog to see the sketch and to join in the fun..
We are slowly going back to our normal crazy schedule now that my Dad is getting better. We came home yesterday and as much as I loved being very near my Dad (we all stayed at a hotel next to the hospital), I sure did miss my room and my old reliable desktop computer. Anyway, here are a couple of pages I'd like to share with you...
This first one is for The Color Room, palette #23 where I used a lot of Prima Goodies. The edges of the paper were stamped with and old set of Wood Mounted Stamper's Anonymous Rubber Stamps and was inked and painted over...
My little Sleepy Head Cheska... she woke up in the middle of her sleep and thinking that we were all asleep.. she headed off to her favorite hiding place.. the cabinet! Good thing I caught her doing the act and was able to snap a picture of her. Love that startled look on her face...
Next one is a layout I made for the September GDT Lift over at Webster's Pages. Our Guest for this month is the amazing Christine Middlecamp! I used the new "Sweet Season" papers from Webster's Pages here...
Thanks for stopping by!! I'll be back with some previously published pages and a couple of step by step pics for you next.
I'd like you all to meet my Fairy Flora Mannequin! She was the muse I designed for a Prima class I taught here in Manila, and I thought she needed a new dress and an addition to her wings. So she got the new Fairy Flora skirt, a new ribbon, a new pebble for her belt, and flowers and vines adorning her winged back...
If you would like to see the full reveal of this line, please visit the Prima Blog HERE.
Every time I get a DT box from Prima, I just sigh and sigh all over again. I'll let the pictures do the talking...

Before I go, I would also like to share the July Build A page. Hope you can join in the fun. Details over at the Prima Blog.
I Decided to use some of the older lines of Prima for this page. Papers
and twill ribbon
are from Mommy and Me line. Also used the new clear stamps of Prima, a
canvas tag, and Cherry Blossom Flowers and bird vine.
It's happy Tuesday here in Manila, but I want to invite you to check today's HAPPY MONDAY post over at the Prima Blog. Here is one of the layouts I have created for Prima recently that is featured in the blog.
... can easily be used to add more detail to your pages. Here are a couple of pages I created with Layers Of Color Stamps...
"The World At Your Fingertips" - Webster's Pages Seaside Retreat with LOC Stamps (Keyboard and G Clef). I love that Webster's pages can be so versatile. This line of paper was originally made for beach photos, but I think it can be used with a variety of themes as well.
I have posted this layout before (Prima Foam stamp and Prima papers) but I enjoyed adding some fun whimsical stamped images from LOC (Giraffe, Bird, Frog, and Snail).
